As some of you may know, I have been smoke free since 7-25-2008. the cravings are less and less and the benefits of breathing free have taken over. I can now RUN pretty far, whereas I used to be able to power walk. I can also complete an hour of aerobics hardly out of breath. Biking is another favorite which I can now deep breath instead of gasping for breath while I am biking. The benefits go on...1 Recommendation1 Comment
