I have Bi-Polar depression and my doctor just quit me 11-08 so Im not on any anti-depressants now , have to find another doctor and start all over again. It's the first time in about 10 yrs so I fear how far down I will get and if I'll be able to get up again.

Well, we were hit quite hard tonight with an ice storm. looking out the window, it looked like nothing, just a little snow. My daughter (almost 18) leaves for her friends house and returns 2 minutes later telling us her car was acting funny (sliding). What I See
I see kids,
hating their parents.
I see dogs,
hating cats.
I see sisters,
hating sisters.
I see brothers,
hating brothers.
I see a mouse,
hating the hidden snake.
I see teens,
begging to die.
But most of all
I see hope.
I see hope flowing,
drifting around to save us all.

Still it's hard,
Hard to see,
Fragile life,
Shattered dreams.
