I was waiting on Pap, blood and ultrasound results.
Pap is clean and neg. No STDs. Blood work looks good, hormone levels are great.

During my pelvic exam a polyp/s were discovered on cervix.
Ultra sound showed cysts on right ovary.

When I got the results, I asked what to do next- how do we remove the polyp and cysts?

The woman didn't know anything about the polyp. She said the Dr. usually removes polyps during pelvic exam. She didn't remove mine. For the cysts, she said the DR. wants to put me on a BC pill (ortho try-cyclen).
I told her I've been on that particular BC for the last couple of years to help regulate my cycle.
She then told me the "Dr. will call you tomorrow".
I'm frustrated. I just want to stop bleeding. My husband had a vasectomy yrs. ago. I don't want to take BC pills anymore. I'm not worried about the polyp or the cysts. I just want to get this all taken care of. Does anyone know about cysts and polyps? And at the same time?

" Did you hear back from your gynecologist? I would certainly ask the doctor personally about the polyp and cysts. "
