A slightly swollen lymph node in my pelvic/ groin area at my appt? My leg on that side has been kinda heavy feeling. It's a hard feelig to descibe. Not painful at all. My thigh is measuring up to 2 inches bigger than the other, but no visible swelling. Is that normal?

I would mention it. For me, my legs swell after the surgery. They took out lymphnoids, more on the left then on the right so my left swells more.
At first, testing was done to rule out a DVT or blood clot of any kind. That is why you would want to mention it, if it might be a blood clot. Your doctor will be able to listen to your symptoms and make an informed decision. i am not a doctor or anything. Good luck, my prayers are with you.

As freedomca said, a blood clot or lymphedema needs to be ruled out. Tell your doctor, by all means.
