hi ladies...
in aug of last yr i had surgery to remove stage 4 pre cervical cancer due to hpv. three months later my follow up pap came back abnormal. dr. did a colposcopy and said it was stage 1-2 and he was hoping my body could just fight it off. three months later my pap came back clean!!!! :) currently im pregnant and im fearful that this all could pop back up sometime in the future. what are the odds? anyone else experience this? thanks to all u wonderful and strong ladies! With the good result you've had with the colposcopy, it certainly sounds like you're doing very well. However, it's of utmost importance to have regular Pap smears and follow-up. I wish you blessings with your pregnancy and new baby.

Truth is yes it can come back. but it sounds really positive that your last pap was clean.
I agree that to keep getting regular check ups is key. My cervical cancer was nonhpv related. but it was caught because I was receiving reg paps. they had been normal and then last year my regular pap came up Cancer! but with that, it was caught early so even though it was an aggressive form, this month I actually celebrated baing one year cancer free! Early detection really did save my life. and I get tested now every 4 months. I too wish you many blessings with your pregnancy. I pray you and the baby remain healthy. many hugs.
