So I don't have cervical cancer or hpv. Nor do I have dysplasia(sp) I just wanted to come here because I'm sure ladies out here has ...had some kind of experience in this area. I'm so scared. I had an abnormalpap in august(early that month), a colpo in september, a cryo last month. She put me on progestrone a couple of times to start a period but wheni went bac for a check up in november she said sh didn't wanna give me anymore and if i didn't start my period by november 26th to go ahead and start the BC pills that I'm going back on (been off tem since march of this year). So that's what i did. I started the pills tow weeks ago (taking Nortrel 777) and just two days ago I noticed I had some blood after sex. My hubby and I have a lot of sex but I just though I was starting my period. Well the bleeding stopped and all day long the next day (yesterday) i had no bleeding. So then we had sex last night and I seen the bleeding again. I got so scared I cried. I'm not bleeding now..and the bleeding does stop. I'm spotting a bit and my nurse said sometimes the pill makes you do that. I thought maybe I picked the scab that formed on my cervix after the treatment. I'm not in any pain and sex doesn't hurt. My husband things we should just take a break for about a week to let myself heal up. The nurse at the doc office doesn't seemed that worried about it but of course my mind screamed "OMG I GOT IT I GOT CERVICAL CANCER!" even though the doc says I don't...see??? What do I do? I don't know if this is just my period and the pills is screwign it up or i'm just having too much sex. My doc thinks that's what caused the abnormal
pap anyways (like i said...we're like a couple of rabbits my hubby and I) and I dont' go back till May. Course if the bleeding gets worse...like i said i'm in no pain and the bleeding isn't that bad and it stops after a couple of mins.WHAT SHOULD I DO? I'M DRIVING MY HUBBY NUTS WORRYING SO BADLY!

I see Dr. Orrange on this site is one of your friends. Why not ask her to comment? Most important is to have a good gynecologist you trust and have regular check-ups.
