i had a radical left vulvectomy and removal of left lymph node...i was fine untill i got home now my left leg is swelling ...has anyone had any experience with this..hope so

You most likely have lymphedema. This happened to me after radical hysterectomy - in both legs. It happens when the lymph system is compromised from removal of lymph nodes and/or disruption of the lymphatic flow. Let your doctor know about the swelling and, if this is the reason, get prompt care by a certified MLD (manual lymph drainage)therapist.
