Feeling good, I went to slimming World tonight, I've just lost another 1lb, well at least it wasn't another 1lb on so....still on course. I thought I would have lost more this week as I lost 4lb last week, but I feel as if my clothes are getting slacker. I got a good recipe from someone. It's fat free, and on Slimming World Healthy eating plan it's FREE on green or origional days.

We went to the in-laws house for x-mas as we do every yr. Im getting to where I cant be around crouds (even family) for more than a day. Anxiety starts setting in.
