I can relate to you there. I don't have a social life either so don't feel bad. Work and doctors and sitting home watching sports and movies, playing on the computer and xbox mainly lol.

I'm 26 and have never had a girlfriend, so I'm about as clueless as any guy, but I'm more confident in myself now then I was before so I'm actually trying now, or at least when I find a gal I like. I've just throw caution to the wind at this point in my life and said screw it lol. Seems to be working with shyness and confidence.

No worries you'll find someone, your still young, you don't have to settle with the first guy, just at least give him a chance though. And don't be afraid to ask a guy out, all he can say is no right? Good luck! :)

Thanks for reminding me I'm not alone! Maybe now that my bipolar is controlled I'll feel more confident.

girlfriends are easy to come by... quality ones however is a different story.

I dont have any social life, I am either to old or just not appealing to most women. I was married for 17 years until she decided she was missing something in her life by being with me atleast I have my 4 boys from my marriage. have had gf's since then but guess like my ex they were looking for something more as well!

I guess that's why there's so many broken heart's out there, nobody really know what they want.
