I have this form of CP and considered mild. My balance is off, I have tremors especially in my hands, and have issues walking straight. I'm very clumsy and sometimes just fall over, or stumble for no reason.

What are some ways of dealing with this? What happens with you?

" Same thing happens to me. My hands tremble when I'm hungry &/or tired [not enough sleep &/or go many hours without eating]. I use forearm crutches to keep myself from falling & getting hurt. And, just keep right on doing as much exercise as possible & just plugging along, trying to keep as calm and worry-free as possible & as much fun as I can get; hopefully, with as good a sense of humour as I can muster in such situations.

I'm getting ready to do our Bisbee 1000 Stair Climb this morning; first time for me & most ambitious undertaking for me on crutches!

P'haps you should see your physician and ask to see a neurologist who might be in the best position to assess what might be going on with you.

Hopes this helps. "
