I need to know how to improve my cardio to the best i can. i can not run for exercise because i have mild cp on my right side and i get tired quick. This is very important. someone with a good idea please reply asap!

" LOL Chris, ur a pip!! the reason u get tired quik is 'cause u aint exercised for awhile. Find an old 'Cardioglide' machine as i did. This will exercise both sides & you'll learn to emphise the parts you want. I started w/adjustable resistance as low (read easy) as possible & did 10 minutes daily& i thought i was gonna fall off dead!! But i dint & i added 1 minute weekly until i got to 30 minutes & then i made it harder & harder Now it's @top resistance & i got a machine for walking in place & max out there also. I wear a splint to make my weak side more dexterous GL
