So i attempted to use the stationary bike tonight but iwas feeling it more in my non cp side. how can i better focus on the cp muscles when bicycling?

" We w/cp who have a 'weak' side are conditioned to use dominant side. Try fabricating a 'stirrup ' of sorts (i used a bungee cord) & use it for your 'weak' side, primative but utilitarian. GL peace out
