Hi guys I just wanted to post something to let everyone know in the group I was in the hospital last night with spasms again. This time I didnt go to U of M I went to my local hospital. Meds are changed. Still on valium and celexa. You guys I need some encouragement here. please reply.I just gave someone so much feed back now im the one that needs help.

Im so sorry you went through this. You have CP alot worse than i do but i feel your pain in my heart.I just fell in my street and not having use of my left side i tore it up and i landed on my chest hard.I had spasms in it man it hurt really bad. I hope your werent that aweful,but in my heart i know they were.Im berry i just started on here . I hope your better real soon!!!!

Thank you all. Stephanie and Berry as im writing this im even having spasms as we speak but im tryna get through the day. if you want to read my next journal it'll be quite big. it comes with a tettitory you guys. Berry and chris im gonna add you as a friend. Stephanie i think your already my friend. Just so you know I really appreciate all the replies.that means alot to me. Chris i know how you feel dont worry about it thats what im here for even when i have my issues cause it feels good to help somebody and it helps me forget about my issues. Anyway thanks to all

Hello sorry to hear about your rough night. Spasms are the worst. Try some magnesium if it can go with your other meds. It relaxes the nerve endings. Much luck. Michelle
