adapted toys/games for xmas

Just a note to say that if any of you have disabled children and want to know about switch accessible toys or alternative controllers for playstation/wii etc I had added a few special posts for xmas to my 'More Than Words' site.

Also for older kids and adults, it mentions accessibility options for ipods and switch controlled smartphones for any of you who cant use or have severe difficulty using your arms. The 'hands free accessibility section' also mentions specialised computer access for PC, Mac and communication aids.

It also has links to videos on the new 'wiihab' craze showing people in nursing homes, rehab centres and kids with disabilities managing to exercise and have fun with wii sports and wii fit.You might see someone on there with similar difficulties to you or your child so would know whether you/they could use or benefit from 'wiihab'

Have a peek if you curious

If you know anyone who uses or needs special access to computers or uses computer, signs or symbols to communicate (or has a child that needs these) please pass on this link.

Thankyou

" Hi. I could recommend you guys one of the companies that sell adapted toys. Check them out. You can actually see the videos of their toys and how they work on the website. I am an Early Intervention Specialist and I bought some toys from them for my students.
