hey, i know i haven't made comments in a while but here goes.


i can pretty much and keep up in almost any thing but do anything i want there anyone else has very mild CP? and knows if the exercises even work?

if so, was it worth it? how much?

" I have mild CP in my lower right leg.... I can tell (after some time) that my leg does suffer moreso with spasticity from not doing stretches/PT, than when I do it. If you're interested in what therapy I recieved, feel free to contact me. "
