I'm a 33 yrs old woman and have CP I have gained weight and it taken a toll on my walking. I'm falling alot more then in my entire life. PPL tell me to go for walks but hows can I when my knee hurts and wants to give out on me any suggestions on what I can do for exercises that are easy but will help?

" I got a lot of help building my quads & hams with an exercise bike; but, have to fix it first b4 I can use it again. Walking now helps calves but not thighs. Hope this helps. "
