My grandfather is in the hospital on life support. I came home for awhile to see him and be with my family. I feel like i am in a living hell....everything has gone wrong. Me and Will were supposed to have a week to relax and spend time together while Wynter stayed with my mom and dad. It has been really hard lately; I seem to be confronted with loss after loss. I have lost six people plus my service dog since last April. Not sure what to do. There hasn't been much time to get over one let alone so many.1 Recommendation

What I did good on Saturday:
ate lots of fruit, drank lots of water
hubby wanted tator tots and sausages for breakfast and I didn't touch it
exercised for 40 min
What I didn't do so well:
I ate a homemade brownie
