This type of Physical Therapy uses equipment designed to strengthen and stretch the muscles. It also works with the Fascia. Since 2006 there has been alot of research on Fascia and were it is located in the body and how it works. I can give you that web link to the research if you are interested. We have seen GREAT improvement in our daughters posture, her ability to walk on her own. I could go on and on. We have started working on her lower abdominal muscle about 2 wks ago and her constipation is gone. WITHOUT MEDS!!!!!

" I forgot to mesion we had been doing PT for 2 yrs before starting this. We have seen 100% more improvement in 3 months of Gyrotonics then the 2 yr of PT. When I would tell the Pt we go to about what we were doing and the different types of excersis she was VERY sceptical!!!. But I was getting very frustrated because all they would ever work on was technique (how to step up stairs, how to get up from a sitting position ect.) I wanted to work on muscles so I went in search of something else. The PT is also seeing the amazing results and is very exciteded. "
