some may be interested in additional intolerances noted in some celiac patients.

soy is probably familiar to most, for those who are not familiar with amine and salicylate, here is a brief description:

so many possible problems, I can only suggest a 4 day Rotation Diet for those who "aren't right". search this site for discussion posts. remember, you must rotate everything, including supplements.
