" I eat Bob's Red Mill Gluten free Steele cut Oats. I really like the taste of them. I get them at my local Health food store, they are at Whole Foods and some regular markets.

They are also Dairy free. I use Blue agave nectar to sweeten which is very low on the glycemic index.

Good luck, Oleander "

" yep, Bob's Red Mill is the only one that I have found so far that is certified GF. But as I live in a rural area, I don't have access to some of the products that are available in mainstream cities... check health food stores and specialty shops, althougth the cost may be prohibitive... Many Growers are dedicating fields to Oats for GF sale, and as long as they are not processed in a facility with all the off limit grains, we should have a lot more variety available within a few seasons.
We have a little, kind of outdated Grand Union Market here where I live, the next major Grocery store is 25 miles away, and the manager at the GU has been great about bringing in a Bob's Red Mill little shelf stand from a semi-local vendor and he will order things as he can find them for me... never hurts to ask!!!
