what can i eat at sushi? I know i cant do soy sauce but i hear that whatever is put in the rice to make it sticky has gluten in it. does anyone know more about this?

" I eat Sushi all the time. I love it and it agrees well with me. I cannot eat Calamari or Octapus but I eat all the rest. Seems to agree with me.

The only thing that seems to bother me is the Miso soup with Tofu in it. The one with cubes of Tofu and seaweed? That triggers a huge reaction in me but all else is good.

I check out the Soy Sauces and alway talk about my allergies to the Chef.

" lordy... my brain is scrambled, it is TAMARI sause that is made from white soybeans and is GF, tahini is sunflower seed paste and is good and GF too, but is not what I meant... oops "
