" While you're waiting for info re bread machines, why not go to "Recommendations" and try out the Gluten Free, Yeast Free bread recipe. It's really good, so easy to make, and it's budget friendly. It also makes great french toast !! "

" I have a wellbuilt (sp?) and it's fairly simple and i got it at a yard sale as when I was opting for cooking equipment on a budget... I had to choose between a good mixer or a bread machine. I really didn't like any of the preprepared GF breads of long ago and since had been so used to eating rice crackers instead of bread, I thought I would get the mixer bc you can do so many more things with it, a bread machine, makes well... bread. then I got lucky and stumbled on one at a yard sale for 10 bucks. I love my MixMaster, can do all kinds of things with it and I bought a few "loaf" pans for when I wanted to make bread, now I have both and it's fun, but frankly the Kinnickinnick White Rice Tapioca Italian bread is the absolute best ever, so I really use the bread machine for GF pumpkin bread and stuff like that...
