I was just wondering,sometimes I focus so much on helping my friends I forget about Nicole.I spent the weekend helping a friend who was having some hallucinations and then helped a friend who lost his job.It made me feel very good to be there for them but I also wonder how helpful is this for me? Is it a balance between helping others and helping yourself or is it therapeutic to just help others ...

Well I went to the doctor Today,he said it was bronchitis and he prescribed a proventil HFA inhaler.
