I spoke to the embryologist again this morning. Here is the break down:
2 -10 cell embies
4-8 cell embies
8-6 cell embies
8-4 cell embies
1 little embie that didn't make it to 4 cells

Just saw my OB today for the first time since this whole fiasco started. He is tired of this & is seriously worried that I will be developing an infection, clotting issues, or even more antibody issues if I wait much longer. He is going to go ahead with a D&C on Monday. Just got the call....my beta is over 1300!!! Yipppeeee!!!!! My 6wk u/s is next Wednesday at 11:30!!!!!! I am soooooo excited!!!
Still feeling pretty good. Nausea is picking up a little bit but still able to keep food down. Very very tired! Could sleep all day...but nope have to go to work now!!! Ughhh.....

I am over the moon!!! I graduated from the RE today. My 8wk u/s looked so perfectly wonderful. The "gummy bear" (as Rich called it) looked so great. You can already see the start of the eyes (looks like an alien), the arm & leg buds. The heartbeat was 180. They even gave me a DVD of the u/s. It still blows me away how it can grow so much in just a week.

I just got back from the perinatologist & we had a little bit of a scare, but in the end it was ok. Danicka is growing perfectly. She even gave us a big thumbs up (I will try to post the u/s pic of it later)....Rich thought that was great.

The perinatologist said that Dani's blood flow looked ok on u/s....he wasn't too concerned about anything. That makes me nervous....the farther I get the better it is for her lungs but the greater the chance for anemia, hydrops, liver & brain problems. Just makes me nervous & scared to go too far in this pregnancy. I hope that makes sense to you.....it does in my head & heart ...1 Recommendation25 Comments

He called to tell my he is so anxious about all of this & even called to tell the perinatologist as much. They have decided on a new plan. Neither of them think stripping my membranes is going to help me dilate & my contractions have pretty much stopped. So, I am now going in to see him at 1:15 on Monday.
