My girlfriend just made an AWESOME pizza for me with this. It was done in our breadmaker. It's the first gf pizza I have had in the last two years that was deep-dish-like. It was so great. I think it would make an awesome bread too. Was very very tasty.
Also, it had relatively few ingredients in it, which is great if you have other food sensitivities. It has yeast and you have to add an egg, but there is no dairy. I didn't even put cheese on my pizza and it was still fabulous. |
