Doc Miscalculated Angle of Lense

Has anyone had a catarac removed and the new lense put in at the wrong angle.? My doc talked me into paying extra for a special lense that was suppose to make me be able to see sharp and clear at a distance. As it turned out he said he miscalculated the angle that I actually see at. The lense was put in at 82 degrees and I am seeing at 67 degrees. This has caused a fog over everything that I look at with this eye. Initially he thought he could correct this with either replacing the lense with another surgery or doing some type of Lasik or Laser Surgery.
After going to him every two weeks since May he referred me to a cornea specialist. The cornea specialist now says my cornea is bulging and I cannot have any more surgery on the eye. This could have been caused from the Lasik Surgery I had done in 2000 to correct my eye sight because some doctors removed too many layers of the cornea when doing this years ago. The current problem is now my vision is blurred due to the catarac surgeon misjudging the angle of the new lense. They are talking about fitting me with a hard contact but I don't know how that can help the blurriness I go back to the cornea specialist today. They are doing a test to see if my cornea is bulging on the inside as well as the outside. If it is I may need a cornea transplant. Has anyone else had a similar problem like this? The cornea specialist doesn't really think all my problems come from the angle of the lense but could be caused from having extreme dry eyes and too many layers of the cornea removed when I had Lasik surgery in 2000. I know this is not the normal thing that happens but probably the exception to the rule. Just wondered if anyone else ever had a similar situation.

My doc put the wrong prescription in one eye and for some reason it can't be replace. Maybe because it is a toric lense. I feel for you. It's very frustrating. Hope there is some remedy for you.
