the dr said i had early onset cataracts that were very severe due to using a prolonged course of steroids.. this is apparently the main cause of cataracts in young people...i told him i have never been on steroids.. but i explained i was having symptoms of hormonal imbalance...has anyone on this board gotten cataracts as a result of their body producing too much cortisol ( also known as Cushings)?
