Hi
My mum has CTS and was recently advised that using the phone for periods of time was making the condition worse. She was advised that buying a hands free phone or one which has a head set option for her home would help as it would mean her bending her arm less. Has anyone else been advised this and if so have you bought such a phone and can you recommend a make and model please? I don't know much about headset phones but if this is her own personal home phone, might she just use the speaker phone option? I use it myself especially when I am on hold for a long time then the conversation itself if lengthy. I just put the phone on my lap and make sure the tv is down or other noise makers are subdued. Good luck.
