okay okay, iv had the chronic pain, ive got numb fingers, i get the tingly electric shock feelins and i cant hold my cup! the splints hav drove me mad, and im sick of not bein able to do the things i want.... but, im dealin with it, im coping, im gettin by and i even laff bout the problems i hav had, so why is it that it isnt enuff? why hav i been inflicted with yet another problem? why the hell have i got a thumb tic??? its drivin me mad!!! my thumb is doin its own thing, thers no music but its dancing its own little dance and its noticable to everyone round me!!! ther it goes, its just flickin back and forth!!! its gettin daft now!!! well if it thinks im goin to just sit and stare at it it can think again, its goin in my pocket wen i go out!!! it wont last will it???

That is kind of different. I have never heard of that. But seriously have the carpal tunnel surgery. You won't regret it. I wish that I would have done it sooner.

i went to the docs,, cudnt take any more its drivin me nuts!!
it has nothin to do with my carpol tunnel now i hav to hav the rheumotoligist look again, im not sure wot is is, im seein tha hand surgeon in september my doc has agreed it will prob be better if im knocked out for it thanx virgie hope u are well

You might want to try a chiropractor before you spend the money for an MRI or CT scan.
You could have a pinched or entrapped nerve, very easy to fix with a chiro. Good luck to you.
