Carpal Tunnel Syndrome has become a popular catch-all for wrist pain, but studies have shown that the majority of wrist problems not actually CTS. It took me a long time to realize this, and I was frustrated when doctors simply said that I didn't have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and sent me on my way without treatment.
