i was diagnosed w/carpul about 6 years ago, it only flairs up sometimes, recently its been more often. my right just gets sore & tender to touch, i cant carry much weight w/it. my left gets extremely tender swollen, i have been getting a bluish/green huge lump & i cannot carry any weight w/this wrist, its even hard to drive & do my job (on computer alot during day). any suggestions, i've tried countless tylenol & hot/cold compress & braces
