I just want to let you all know that I have been on DS for almost two years now. When I first joined, I had recently been discharged from a two week stay at Two Rivers Psychiatric Hospital. I have come a long way and thanks to Daily Strength, I was able to grow, learn, and share. Knowing my triggers and Using Affirmations and Cognitive Therapy has been a big help in my recovery....

Time moves forward with or without you and I can't believe it will be 9 months since I lost Collin and Cailyn. I remeber the day so well, how I got to see them in the NICU before they passed away.
