I WENT AND PLACED AN INVITATION IN SOME OF THE "GROUPS" I AM ( AND HAVE BEEN) IN FOR A WHILE NOW FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN MY GROUP IF THEY SO CHOOSE! AND....WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN? it seems that I am not able to take any form of pain medication. it all tears my stomach up. was so sick yesterday. I laid in bed most of the day, only up to empty the contents of my stomach. of course that wasn't much. no pain medication taken since Monday night. stomach feels better today, Bill made me tea an toast last night. I never take pain meds on an empty stomach either.

had another bad night with my son since he cant sleep and i think he hypo mainic, he hitting me and bitting me and scratching me. i just dont know if i can handle this more.

So many of us are in bad shape right now. . . Not as in "I need to get in shape" but really in a lot of pain, hurting physically and emotionally, feeling guilt for one thing or another - or for a lot of things.

This Friday is a Staff Development day. I told the school principal that I had an 11:00 am appointment and couldn't be there the whole day. He said that was fine, that the seminar was optional. Every night I go to bed and think about a problem in the world, or a challenge, or some massive project that somebody should just do someday. I'm not sure why I do it, but I've managed to construct all of the following in my pre-sleep sessions:

I ABSOLUTELEY HATE THE GD DMV. I HAD TO DO AN APP. TO GET MY VEHICLE SMOGGED AND REPAIRED BY A CERT. AS THE SENSOR AND EGR FAILED THE TEST. MIND YOU THE CAR DID PASS ALL THE OTHER REQUIREMENT, THEREFORE I AM NOT SPEWING TOXINS INTO THE SIR, IN FACT IT DID WAY BETTER THAN THE STATE ALLOWS.
