I need the meds but they keep me a wake, then I take sleeping pill, Tyl. PM--it makes no difference I just keep waking up every 2 hours.... from pain! I think that the pm stops the pain meds from working well.

i just found out i got a pretty big hernia and not sure i know they talk about surgery, and the pain is hurting, but i cant take off work b/c they wont keep my job open for that. i dont know if i should try to work a little longer and see how far i can go then try for either the disabity thru the job or reg disabity. i really need some advice here.
