Does anyone know of online work that will not rip me off? I signed up for surveys and did one. I will get my $1 in 6 to 8 weeks.

" That is a rather broad question from my perspective. What kind of work are you interested in doing on-line? Why on-line as opposed to a brick and mortar building? What do you enjoy doing?

Sorry for all the questions but I don't know how else to answer you.

Sincerely,

OldChurchGuy "

" No problem. It can be any like data entry, surveys. Open to suggestions. "

" Here are some links that may be of help.

http://www.2work-at-home.com/telec...

http://www.thelivingweb.net/job_fi...

http://www.telecommute-now.org/

http://www.suite101.com/links.cfm/...

Not sure if there is a demand for data entry now but the above links should give you an idea of what is available. Another idea is to type in "data entry work from home" into Google or similar search engine and see what comes up.

I would also suggest getting the most current copy of "What Color is Your Parachute" if you don't find anything in the above links. It is an excellent book filled with all kinds of good ideas and exercises on finding jobs that fit your talents and skills. It also offers practical advice on how to break into a new field with little or no experience.

Good luck and keep us posted, please.

Sincerely,

OldChurchGuy "

" Are there real companies hiring for people to work online without making some sort of an investment? I don't know about you, but I need a paycheck at least every other week. "

" I'd think the way to go about it would be to contact specific companies about jobs that would involve tele-commuting. I interviewed for a position that required me to be on site only twice a month. It was a company that compiled educational materials for revision, something related to my background. Whatever your employment background is, apply for freelance work in that field. "
