i must say i enjoy doing the excercises more with the lil ugly guy in the 1st link than explanation ones in the other links
holding breath is hard work & one i definatly need to work on i think!
I hope the breathing exercises help you. However, let me say to read the instructions carefully and adjust them as to what you can do. For instance, one says to "Hyperventilate" !!! There is no way we need to do this one folks !! So skip that one. Another speaks of one that you need a friend with because you may pass out. I am sure we do not want that one either !! lol There are several good one's and as far as the "holding your breath" I personally start out very small like count of 5 . Use your own judgement and doing these should benefit us and keeping our airways open.
