" Lily, I'm trying to imagine what you are going through, may I assume when this happens you get to taking very short shallow breaths, and thus you shake. If this is the case, concentrate on slowing your breathing down, take deep breathes then slowly blow it all out. take a e and do this again. you need to control mentally your breathing.Deep breaths, blow, Blow,Blow it all out. rest and repeat. you will get your rythum back. Good luck, let us know if this helps. If you can check with your DR. OldBoy Scout. "

" Yes, I'm suspecting that you O2 levels are a little low at those points. try what oldboyscout says. It's also called Pursed Lip Breathing. Inhale through your nose, and then purse your lips like you were going to blow out a match, and then exhale through the pursed lips. It should take about twice as long to exhale as it does to inhale. You could even count in your head (in for 3, out for 6) or something like that. It will calm your breathing, increase your oxygen levels, and probably help you stop shaking.
Good luck!
Hugs, Sue "
