  • Journal Entry for March 8, 2009

    Sunday, March 8, 2009 | A Tragic story

This is a big step for me but I thought I would share a couple photos with my friends here who read my journal.  These photo's are from the fire that took the lives of my dear sweet angels, Heather & Kaiden.  When people hear of someone dying in a fire, they probably assume the whole house is burnt down.  As you can see, that isn't always true.  When you drive by t...

  • Mom has nine lives....

    Sunday, July 26, 2009 | A Tragic story

My Mom was brought to the hospital
    by ambulance
this morning, after falling face first,
down the steps of the garage.
    Her face has 8 fractures,
her 2 eyes are closed, with major black eye,
    broken nose,
    fractured sturnum.
I was told to brace myself,
before going into her hospital room.
Even with the warning, I exploded into tears.
You can't tell it's my mom.
She even as a hard time to talk,
    due to the...

  • 2 year old, loses arm, in farm accident.

    Friday, August 28, 2009 | A Tragic story

    OMG
At 3:10pm this afternoon, Richard had just left with the car,
when the phone rang, it was my daughter in law Tina,
    James my son's wife.
She was crying, saying that there was an accident.
I asked her immediately, not Richard since he had just left.
My son lives on the top of the next hill, here not far from my home.
Like I can see the big Farm where he lives, from my home.
    Anyways, she proceeded...

  • 102 minutes that changed the world

    Sunday, September 13, 2009 | A Tragic story

It's Sunday night, I am watching "The Passionate Eye"
    on CBCNW.
It's never seen before video of the Terrorism Attach
in lower Mahattan, September 11, 2001.
    Oh my these poor people.
I wonder if some at DS were there that morning.
    It's soo disturbing to watch.
Imagine those who were in the buildings,
you see the Fire men calling their wives.
    It's like a dream, a bad dream.
