My friend has cadasil and has recently been blacking out. She has low blood pressure (80/70). Is low blood pressure common with cadasil? Any suggestions for what she should do?
She also has nausea and has trouble keeping food down. Any food suggestions for her? Thank you Posted on 04/20/08, 10:04 pm |

Hi I dont think hypotension is typical in CADASIL but it does need to be checked over by a physician. As does the nausia. Some strong pain killers can cause sickeness but a doctor should help.
Its easy to associate normal aches and pains with CADASIL

I have low blood pressure as well, but I've never had a doctor tell me that it is related to my CADASIL. My blacking out episodes is what triggered all the tests that led to my diagnosis. Kind of makes you think there might be a link there!!!
