Burns Support Group

2 months ago (Jan) my bf became highly erratic (well more,he is bipolar), Pushing everyone away emotionally to extremes and then freaked out and flushed his meds. 4 days later he got wasted broke things threatened me with violence and i called over roommate he tried to calm him down. Dude just kept freaking and then doused himself with gas E took away J's lighter, but he found another one...E put him out as quick as he could, but S still has 2nd and 3 rd degree burns on 53% of his body, he was in a induced coma for 2 months and now is finally off breathing machine and wakeful and talking. But it is so weak cannot have a real conversation, and I am afraid to trigger his si tendencies. I am mad ,sad, and devastated, in denial, and possibly in bargaining stage too, I want to help him but only as a friend now, I dont feel I can ever trust him again especially not with my kids. He could have burned us all up. I am very confused. I want to be there for him and to run far away. I need advice please. This is uncertainty is really starting to f-up my daily life. I am strong , real strong, but I cant be magic all the time.
