I've been bullied a lot... like A LOT... and now that i'm at a new school i started to show some agressive behavior toward underclassmen and a few girls. For some reason i'm mean as a snake like i'm always in defense mode like if anyone talks to me i want to punch them in the face.

i know its hard but try to relax yourself you're too jumpy and basically afraid it would happen again so try a meditation technique take a book or something to do and pretend to put the fear and anger in it you will be more relaxed and better what you done eg take anger out in typing and your typing speed will increase
hope it helps xxx

i agree with jordan1993. take a deep breath, relax, and remind yourself that you dont want to become like the bullies you left at the other school.

Another term for bullying would be
1. Systematic Invalidation another term for bullying would be 2. Physical or Emotional Abuse I invite you to join a group I founded http://www.dailystrength.org/group... Here you can tell your story about being bullied in a validating environment with supportive people. I also suggest you join the physical and emotional abuse support group and talk about how you have been treated by other kids. See if you can sign up for a yoga course where they will teach you meditiation. The to not becoming a bully is empathy and compassion. Before you start letting rip at younger kids as an outlet for your anger issues please try to see these kids as you were when you were bullied. Think of it like this if you end up bullying kids yourself then the people who bullied you have won because they will have made you as bad as they are.

Hey Camile, as someone who was bullied myself can I just say hooray that you got to go to a new school (I ended up being homeschooled). I don't think at the moment that you are a bully as such, it's more that you are scared it will happen again & so are trying to protect yourself. And hey, that's fair enough!
Being defensive isn't being mean, it just may show a few people that you are having issues settling in etc. In a way this may be a good thing, as they might give you a bit of space until you settle in, & this will give you time to work through the hurt from your old school. Try and be civil with the new people, & make new friends, but don't necessarily tell them everything about yourself etc. Please don't punch any of the kids at your new school in the face, my friend! Give them a chance to get to know you, the real you, the one that the bullies never saw. I am betting that that Camile is a wonderful person who is doing & will continue to do, very well in life!
