First, the drug addict was arrested on charges of public intoxication excluding alcohol a couple of weeks ago (as far as I know, now social services is investigating because she had their 1 year old with her). She has court on Monday regarding these charges.
NOW, she's been arrested for shoplifting (sometime last week or so). SERIOUSLY! Two criminal charges within a 2 week period! She goes to court regarding these charges on Nov. 23rd. Now, the judge can rule and I seriously don't have to worry about her being allowed around my kids anytime soon!!! Hurry JUDGE! Posted on 11/07/09, 04:11 pm |

I'm glad that you can keep your kids away from that piece of trash. If only the State of Indiana would let me keep mine away from the PCW. She does have a recent "failure to appear" maybe that will be the ticket?

I really wish something would happen to keep your kids away from pcw.
Just found out that the inlaws that I still trusted from x's family (his mom and his sister) knew about the drug addict's shoplifting arrest and didn't tell me about it. Should I be mad or not hold it against them? I'm feeling very betrayed at the moment because they know that I'm trying to build a case that will keep the drug addict away from my kids until both are adults.
