Facebook strikes again. I know everyone said that I should break all contact with the x and his family. But I love his family and did not want to give them up. I thought I was a point that I was almost over him. So why does seeing that he has a FB page knock the wind out of me? I always thought I was safe because he said that he would NEVER get a page, the thought it was stupid. I guess loving me is not the only thing he changed his mind on. I do have to admit that this has not brought me to tears so maybe I am making progress.

Me and is sister talk at least every other day if not everyday. I talk to his brother and sister-in-law less frequently. We were talking before the break-up and we still talk now.

well then I suppose I can just tell you that the initial punch in the gut feeling will subside, and you will be ok.
When I see that my friends add my ex husband, it stings a little, but I've gotten used to it. If it contimues to hurt too much, you will have to remove people. You need to focus on YOU. HUGS.

I unfriended the STBX and kept his family, even extended family. They still write on my wall sometimes... it's fine.

her's my advice on that. stay away from my space , facebook,mixbook and any other boookon the internet . they are not worth the trouble.
