I am soooo angry right now. The bastard just called and said he is not taking the kids because he's goign to the bar for the night. I am not letting the kids go there anymore for all night. They can go visit him, but not for all nighters. If he can't come home for 3 weeks without goign to a bar then F@%K him. I am sick of having to deal with his shit. He is an asshole! I am soooooooooo freakin mad right now! I am trying to be calm, especially after the other night when he wouldn't let my 7 year old call me at night. I am contacting my lawyer tomorrow to see what I can do about this situation.

I sympathize! I don't understand what these other "parents" are thinking when they push aside the needs of their kids to go have "fun"!!! My ex had the opportunity to take his kids all summer but chose to spend it with his g/f instead (and not see or talk to the kids at all). When will they grow up??? I hope your lawyer fights hard for you and your family - take care!
