Breakups & Divorce Support Group

I spent the first three month cryng and healing but I still have break downs once in a while the holidays are becoming harder again with traditions that are now broken but I try to keep to much the same so I have been told

I am not really crying but I sort of wish I was sometimes, except when I am crying I just feel like I can't cope, so who knows, maybe it is better this way.

Besides, when I feel like crying nothing stops me anyway, so maybe I am over it, who knows, its only been a month or so ...

It ok to cry I'm a 50 yr old man and I cried now more than I have my whole life but I also know that you will run out of tears and then you start to do something about it yes it hurts alot knowing your HEART is being ripped from you just let them flow and then you will just get tired of it we all LOVE you

it always struck me odd that you can laugh until you cry.....so i tried reversing the process. it works.......as long as you allow yourself to open up to the positives of your own life. :)

Oh God, a very long time. I cry cry cry... i dont even know how I have so many tears in my head.
