i cried at different times today...driving the car I was barely able to see the curve in the road thru the tears. I had chest pains. I know I will cry again, but for now, I just want to go to sleep. It's ok to cry, don't stop it. You will feel better with such a release of tension. I also talk to myself CONSTANTLY! Hang in there, we are here for you. We are there or have been there. We KNOW how you feel. HUGSS!!!!!!

For 3 months I cried until I made myself sick, literally. Then I realized that I was crying for the loss of a dream, not what I had, because what I had was destructive. Now I cry sometimes for what I could have been doing in all those years, instead of living with the abuse and phsychosis, like I did. I hope you find peace.... I hope we all do.

It has been a long road of crying for me. But as time has passed the days of crying have gotten fewer and fewer. The reasons for crying change too. Any crying now is just when memories come of how it used to be.

Let it out. Your heart will heal one day. It's a heck of a rollercoaster ride at first. It's been a few months for me, but I still cry a few times a week, and they are pretty "big" cries.

I cried until I got angry. I still cry from time to time though. For me it's anger for a week or so, then hurt and crying for a day...then I'm angry again.
All part of my roller coaster ride.

I cry all the time. this pain is worse than death

I have felt the same way recently and I told the person they hurt me. He was going threw some ruff time to and he didn't want to hurt me and take it out on me but he didn't relise that he had hurt me buy the way he told me that it would be best if we didn't live together and that he wanted to come and pick me up to go on dates. I still feel bad but now I tell him what I want and he respects me even when he stud me up for a date on tuesday ..
