First he is gone and now I have to get rid of my cats.

I cannot stop crying. I was blessed with a new kidney but I cannot keep my beautiful two cats.

1 year old Camilla has litter box issues so the local no-kill shelters cannot accept her.

I am scheduled to take her to the Humane Society on the 16th when she will probably be put down.

I am trying to find a home for 4 y.o. Tabitha.

I ache!!!!!!!!!!!!

" yeh, that has to be hard. But there are options, even if you can't see them right now. "

" I'm terribly sorry. My dog was my first child. I was always told by so many people that once I had children I'd think differently. How wrong they were.

I really don't understand why people are so cruel.

I hope that you can find them homes. "

" Keep trying, don't give up! My ex got a cat for his daughter and I- dead against the idea- ended up to main carer. After he kicked me out I left the house, a car and so on and only insisted of taking her with me. It was hard, but I found a flat in the city center with a cat loving landlord. I could had moved out a month before I got lucky, but it would had meant leaving her behind. Glad I didn't. She developed her full personality since we've been on our own. And I'm sure now that I chose the only (is it really?) worthy possession to fight for, from all the mess. He can keep the rest. "

" Percycat, I'm so sorry you find yourself in this situation. My heart goes out to you. I hope that the place that Faithful suggested can help. "
