yes lots and no it's not just you but I am sure you feel like. You are not alone. I just kept going and going. Figured I can accept it or fight it and I thought I had fought enough in my marriage it was time for a change. Good luck and soon the sighs will be replaces with smiles... B~

I remember when there were many sighs and deep breathes from me. There was one day where I finally noticed it because a 16 year old daughter of a friend of mine said something. My ex and I hung out with these friends quite often since our move to the East. I told her I hadn't even noticed, and she said, she had noticed me doing that for several days since my ex left. I was kind of shocked she, at 16 even paid attention to what I was going through let alone what I was feeling. I told her, yeh, I don't know why i do that. She then said, "its your body cleansing your soul."
and it was....

Sighs, tears, and "what ifs".
I think the what if is the toughest. What if I had done A or B, what if we tried this, what if I didn't do that. All those unanswerable questions.
