Toxic People

I know personally when I left my ex I knew it wasn't just him that I needed to exit my life. I had surrounded my self with some seriously toxic people and knew I needed them to leave.

It has taken me a long time to get to the place where I need to be. The place where I am slowly but surely getting healthy mentally and physically.

When your life flipped upside down with a divorce did you find your self
"dumping" toxic people as well?

" a long time ago, the first talk show was called "the phil donahue show." people would go on that show and bitch and complain about stuff for 50 minutes. then, some flunky expert would talk for the last 10 minutes. the shows would always end with everyone still upset with no answers.

that got old fast. "

" donahue was great - to a point. then, oprah started her talk show and improved upon the concept. unfortunately, springer took it down to a low level and reality shows made the level even lower.

thank God for PBS, cable and satellite. "
