Need advice about a guy I just met.

I met this guy about 10 days ago and it was a whirlwind on how he talked to me and the romance that he gave to me. Telling me he loved me just after 2 dates, promising the world, wanting me to be with him forever. Now things have changed, he hasnt talked much about the lovey dovey stuff and if I say anything about missing him or anything he just says "yeah I know" instead of saying "i miss you too." He really had me going with everything he was saying. Talking about getting a bigger house when we decide to move together. I don't know what to do. I need some advice. Should I just quit talking to him? I've already asked him if there was something wrong and he got snippy. Please let me know what to do!!!

wow, meeting, love, getting a house together, then silence, no talk of love, he is gone ... sounds like a relationship from start to finish in the quickest time ever.
I think too short of time to even know each other let alone all the other stuff, possibly time to take a step back, re-evaluate how you feel about yourself without this guy and take it from there. good luck

RED FLAGS!!
You only met him 10 days ago and your this desperate about him? You cant love someone after two dates. you can be infatuated, but there is no way possible to know anything about a person after two dates to "love" them. After 10 days you are talking about moving in together? Abusive relationships, and relationships that go REALLY bad ALWAYS start out this way. I say run for the hills! And find out why after only 10 days your not SCARED of a guy who is already talking about moving in.

Ok, man's perspective here.
He was probably really taken with you, or thought he was, and as a selfish guy, he's realized that it's not what he wants after all - for whatever reason - and he's too cowardly to come clean. My guess is that he is trying to find an exit strategy that won't hurt either of you. Even if I am wrong, it's a really bad sign. Keep looking. You can do much better. Watch out for the romancers - many are not genuine (but some, like me are!).

Sounds like my STBX. We met, engaged 2 weeks later, moved in together 1 month later, married 6 months later, getting divorced 15 years later. He was a romantic and I should have noticed the "red flags"! As my therapist said "Run as fast as you can!"
